Shipping Policy

Typically, orders are dispatched within one to two business days, with the caveat that during peak periods, these timelines may be extended. All orders are shipped by our third-party partners, and a confirmation email is sent to our customers when their parcel is collected by the courier. Delivery information will be included in the confirmation email. Ordinarily, our customers can expect to receive their deliveries within two to five business days following the courier's collection of their order. We will notify our customers of any updates regarding their order as soon as they become available. In the event that customers receive an email with unmet timeframes, they are advised to contact us, and we will investigate the matter.

Delivery costs are charged at a standard rate of £10. Free delivery will be offered for orders over £500, but customers must contact us to arrange this. Please note that this does not exempt cancelled orders from the £10 charge once the dispatch confirmation has been communicated to customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

​In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty item, you have the option of returning the item for a full refund, in accordance with your legal rights, within 30 days of placing your order, as outlined in our returns policy. We provide a returns service at the standard rate of delivery, which is £10. If you wish to utilize this service, kindly follow the instructions indicated in your delivery note. Alternatively, if you prefer to arrange for the return of the item independently, please contact us to provide us with the necessary information and indicate when we can anticipate receiving the returned item.
